When Diabetes NSW (DNSW) were looking for the right company to perform a cleanse and consolidation of their two separate Microsoft Dynamics CRM databases and create a single unique customer view – DCA was the obvious choice. DNSW faced a challenging task of successfully performing the data migration of records back into their CRM eliminating errors that have built up over their databases over many years. They required total visibility of records between their two CRM systems, identifying and eliminating duplicate records, matching and consolidating information between two databases into single unique records and having clean validated data to utilise.
Among the benefits of the successful data hygiene project on the DNSW and NDSS databases were an increase in viable prospects, increase in membership, cost savings, increased revenue from more effective data-driven marketing, to name a few.
Using DCA’s expertise for our data migration project was the key factor in the success of the project. DCA’s quick turnarounds on short notice meant that unexpected issues did not cause the project to go over time or budget. Because of DCA’s help we were able to identify lost leads which immediately generated over 1,000 new paid members and $30,000 in revenue beyond the original purpose of the project. Without the cleansed and enhanced data processes that DCA have performed, all of these new members would have been missed forever.
